For projects that are in progress & design questionnaire follow-ups.

Service Description

This 30 minute call is designated for questionnaire follow-ups, and for clients that prefer a call instead of email; to receive an update on the status of their current project. We have a 'No Disturbance' clause, during the design process. This clause has been put in place to allow the designer the space to create, and bring our clients visions to life without distraction. We ask for all communication to be conducted via email, no social media or text. However, should a client desire to discuss the particulars of their project over the phone, this session has been reserved for that exact purpose. Your design preview will be submitted over to you no later than the processing time noted on the said project. Should there be any delay, the designer will communicate such. A few things to note: I will contact you at the scheduled time. No Driving Please If rescheduling is needed, please do so within 24hours (No later than 12 hours) before your scheduled call. -India Smith


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us to do so within 12 hours. The deposit will at that time be transferable to your new booking time. Otherwise the booking fee is non-refundable.
