Purchases are non-refundable; unless the designer cancels the project. Please read on for the exception clause.

Due to the detail and extensive time needed for prepping and planning each design project; along with the time involved in the actual design process, we have implemented a strict no refund policy.

Because of this, prior to beginning the design process, we take the necessary steps (i.e Design Questionnaire, Consultation, etc. ) to ensure that we understand our clients vision; in an effort to prevent any miscommunication throughout the process. Our packages include 3 rounds of revisions with our design services, so that we are able to take on clients feedback and make the requested modifications in each of those revisions.

If after the revisions our client is not satisfied, we do offer the option to add further revisions for an addtional cost.

Due to the intensity of the process associated with designing, we advise all potential clients to take their time when considering the partnership, before agreeing to move forward. We do however; allow a 72 hour grace period; specifically for Web Design Services or Packages over $500, where the client can cancel the said projects and receive a 75% refund.
